Why we do what we do at k&d do
Because this is where small meets big: small labels, big vision. We provide space for everything that has been created with a love of detail and an awareness of sustainability. Our aim is to promote responsible production and unique designs that don't get lost in the crowd.
Behind the art & design markt is a team that is convinced that small things can make a big difference. We want to be the meeting place for everything made with heart and hand.
Fact: Everyone is surprised at how young our team is
Munich 2024. The set-up is complete, we are ready - 160 labels are waiting in the wings... only the exhibitor tables are not. The shipping company apparently had other plans - and as it turns out later: they didn't show up that day either. In short: lots of exhibitors, zero tables - and lots of hope for understanding. 😅

Oh, there are so many of them! Actually, almost everything becomes a favorite piece, otherwise I wouldn't have bought it. For breakfast it's a mug from Diana Hummel, for going out it's my wooden leather bag and when it gets cold it's my jacket from Lackenau.
Clearly: Graz.
Even though the journey is so incredibly long - every time we drive through the vineyards in Styria, I feel a little bit at home. I grew up in a wine region right on the river, and what smells like a river to others on the Mur smells like home to me.
I asked here: To the story of when I accidentally sent my kebab box in a return... but I'm a bit embarrassed about that too, so forgive me if you can't find details on our website. 
Here's to you! You - new exhibitors with exciting stories - people who have become friends - old hands who give you a constant - visitors whose faces you already know - and therefore, of course, to the conversations. How are things going with the new generation, who has new products, what are the problems? You just learn so much from each other and I love that!
