Exhibitor FAQ

You can apply via our website. To do this, click on the city in which you want to participate in the tab and scroll to the bottom of the page. There you can enter your data, talk about yourself and your company, upload pictures and configure your stand.

Anyone who fits our market can also exhibit with us. We value fair and sustainable production, as well as high-quality materials and ingredients. Using a selection process, we look for the most suitable exhibitors.

Have you filled out all the fields, uploaded pictures, accepted data protection and exhibitor conditions and still not received a confirmation email?

  • Clear your browser cache to eliminate background errors
  • Try logging in using a different browser

After the registration period has ended, we will review the exhibitor applications and make a selection. We will then send confirmations and rejection emails to the email address stored in the application form.

Our stand rentals are based on the booked space:

  • 2 x 2 m = 250 € net
  • 2 x 4 m = 450 € net
  • 4 x 4 m = 650 € net

Optional wishes:

  • Table = €20 net
  • 233 V power connection = 40 € net
  • 16 A power connection = 100 € net
  • 32 A power connection = 200 € net
  • Corner space (two open sales areas) = 100 € net
  • Zone A (highly frequented zone) = €100 net
  • Rear wall = 50 € net

Unfortunately we cannot bear the personal and health risk of all our exhibitors.

In the event of spontaneous cancellation, the stand rental must be paid unless we can find a replacement for the stand.

We send out an info sheet with all the important facts 1-2 weeks before the event.

We always try to enable set-up on the Friday before the event from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. However, each market is individual, so this time may vary.

Yes, this is possible after consultation with us. However, we can only accept goods personally on the Friday before the event. In the case of an earlier delivery, we must contact the location and clarify this in advance.

We will send out an info sheet with all the important facts 1-2 weeks before the event. You will also find information about on-site parking there. Alternatively, you can find information about visitor parking on the website of the respective city.

On our website, under each city, you will find a suitable press text with images for download, which you are welcome to use.
